Over 5 years ago, Randy Spate made his first trip to Costa Rica and it was love at first night. He has been back every month or a part of every month since. He began fishing in Costa Rica, chartering a boat called "Tuna Fish". He soon struck up a friendship with "Tuna Fish's" Captain, Nelson Mendez and his son Adelso. 4 years ago, Randy found a beautiful boat for sale and bought the Dream On, hiring Adelso as Captain.
Mario Jose Marin is the Dream On's full time mate. Mendez and Marin work like a well oiled machine now helping people catch all variety of fish in Costa Rican waters. We now use the Tuna Fish as our back up boat we use for groups of 7-11 anglers who want to fish together on the same day.
