My friend and I are purchasing a beach lot near Montezuma.

We have signed the purchase agreement and need to get a second opinion from a San Jose attorney pertaining to an extension for time of closing.

Can anyone recommend an English speaking Lawyer who might also be familiar with real estate law. I'll be in San Jose on Monday,Oct 11 and would like to set up an appointment for that day.
