Located a couple doors down from the presidente. As you walk out the front door of the presidente, turn right and a couple doors down on the right hand side you will see the Musmanni bakery.

Musmanni bakery is a Tico chain and they are scattered all over san jose.

They offer baked breads, assorted pastries with different fillings, cookies, coffee and cappucino.

I usually have a small cappucino everyday which costs 200 colones and a pastry or some cookies which costs less than 220 colones.

One thing that can be dissapointing about the bakery is lack of pies and cakes.

I like Musmanni also. Nice baked goods, reasonably priced.

There is also a bakery down by Costa del Sol restaurant, it had agood selection of pies and cakes. But the best I have found is the other way, left out of the Prez, up the street and on the right. I think it is called "Spoons" or something like that. They had a great selection and the place seemed to do a lot of business, probably a little more expensive though.

The name is Tierra Miel they also are located on Calle 3, 50 meters north of Avenida Central.

Both Tierra Miel and Spoon are more of a pastry shop than Musmanni which is a bakery.
