How about some info on barbcue in CR.......do they have their own version, brisket, links, ribs........info please.

In the Houston area, I have eaten quality barbecue and I am wondering if the CR barbecue is any different and if so how? Sauces.........etc.

I can't help you there, but go over to Eagle Lake, Texas and try Austins, that place is the best.

I used to goose hunt all of the time over there on my lease, and this place is one of the best bbq places that I have ever been to.
