Here is a very popular little spot, for the Del Rey & Key Largo Ladies as well as an late night alternative than the 24 hour Del Rey coffee shop or the Colonial. Though they are open 24 hours they are open late.

Do I'm probably saying or typing the name wrong.... is a small non descript Sushi & Japanese restaurant about 1/2 block down from the horseshoe Casino and accross the street from the Morazon
Diagonal from Tenatcions now Casablanca.

Place is narrow AND VERY CLEAN with a good amount of tables. Favorite of many a local during the day and at night, many of the Sushi eating ladies of the Del rey (No Pun Intended) head over there for a quick bite, Or Cerveza.

I have personally eaten there on more than one occasion with many a friend who love sushi. As you know my preference for cooked fish, bait is not on the gormets list of things to eat, but they all say its a great value, fresh, and top notch.

I Often have had the traditional Japanese dish of the chicken or steak Terraki and they have a decent sized menu of traditional Japanase aside from the sushi.

Food is GOOD to better than Good, inexpensive, place is clean, and I think its a great little lunch spot or late night alternative.

Visa /MC accepted reservations Not necessary.

I believe it just called DO and it is directly across from Morazan, Casablanca is too far up. Very good fresh sushi but if it is crowded the wait can be long. I gave up and left after waiting 40 minutes for my sushi to be prepared.

I have eaten at DO twice with my favoritas and once with EASY and really enjoy the food here. I am not a big fan of raw fish either but there are other entres available. I believed EASY had a chicken and rice dish.

I also ate there and liked it. I too, am not a real fan of raw fish, but I liked the shrimp and crabmeat rolls along with the vegetable types. Both times I went there about 2 in the afternoon and it was nearly empty. A nice place for a mid afternoon lunch, but dinner time is probably much busier.

I also had sushi in the Corabachi (sp) Hotel near Sabana Park. It was real nice inside and the food was also top notch. The place was pretty fancy, but not much more expensive than DO in the gulch.
