http://stores.ebay.com/worldtravelsimWhat are you looking to do exactly? Are you most concerned about receiving calls... from a particular country? What are your needs around making calls, and to where?
I would try to do a bit of homework on this service and on how the calls move back and forth. It says you get a UK and US number. I had something similar many, many years ago and it was kind of a pita, and not terribly reliable.
This is probably fine if your looking for people in the US or UK to be able to reach you without having to make an international call. In my experience that part worked ok. Making calls to anywhere was an issue. The set up I had was like dialing to a switchboard, which then dialed the intended number, then called back and connected you when the other party answered.
Today with: skype, whatsapp, voip, google voice, etc. You have many options including some free ones.
