So I have reviewed the topics and still have a few questions if no one minds. I am budgeting 1000-1200 for fun with the ladies for a 5 day trip, that seems fine based on my research. I am also not new to mongering in SE Asia. However;

Is it all one on one with the girls or is there a barfine to budget for?
I read about the Zona Rosa area and I would love some more information on that.
Where is the best area to find 18-30 year old girls?
How much should I budget for lady drinks, I don’t personally drink.

You may have read the topics but not much of the content.

First, never heard the term barfine in Costa Rica. Most places the girls are free to come and go.

And I have not heard the term Zona Rosa in a Costa Rica context.

And most of the working girls you will find are between 18 and 30, although lots older than that too.

And lady drinks is not normally a thing in CR unless you are at a strip club. So it would not be something to budget for.

Yeah, if that budget includes food/drinks for the ladies it doesn't have to. Many prefer not to drink or eat and just want to get on with it. The ones that like to drink with you are cool sometimes but watch out for the ones that order most expensive shit possible just for 'status'. Good luck.

Also - if by bar fine you meant room fee, you will have to pay a small fee for taking the girl up. Or just go to a motel.

Bar fine is a term used in SE Asia. Girls there are often employed by the bar. An emphasis of their employment is getting customers to buy ladies drinks, expensive cocktails with little or no alcohol, but lucrative for the bar. When you negotiate an arrangement with a girl you pay the establishment a “bar fine” for her having left work early. That’s the standard explanation of the term, really it is just one of the ways the bar gets their cut.

Zona Rosa (The red zone) is a rough area stretching from Calle 2 eastwards towards Sabana park. Best not to go there on a first trip.
Most hotels will charge you a fee to bring a guest to your room.
Stay at Sportsmans Lodge, Castillo or Taormina . they do not have a guest fee and girls are in the bar.
A good place to visit is Monicas. Look for it on google.
Try to arrive in the daytime as a first time visitor.
