So far, my best Spanish line is:
Quiero hacer el hombre que paga su renta.
(I want to be the man that pays your rent).
Seems to work well... at least with the working girls.
Tex, just FYI. One way of telling a girl you wanna phuck them is to say, "Te lo quiero hacer." It's a slang form of doing so, but they'll know exactly what you are saying.
OK, now when you say "Quiero hacer el hombre que paga su renta," you're actually saying you want to have sex with the guy that pays your rent.
It's " Quiero
SER el hombre que paga tu renta," which means you want to BE the guy who pays your rent. It may have been a typo on your part, but trust me in terms of pronunciation, that -a- sound before "ser" makes a WORLD of a difference in that sentence when vocalizing it. Just FYI for you, so that you won't get funny looks when saying that to people.
Hacer= to make, create or do; a verb, action.
Ser- to be (ser can also be a noun, i.e., human being = ser humano)
Spanish is a beatiful thing, and it's interesting how a vowel sound added, subtracted, or switched around can change a sentence's meaning completely.
