Hola amigos,

I've finally decided to get serious about learning Spanish and would like to pick up all three levels of the Pimsleur Spanish program. It looks like you can get the best deal if you purchase the program in the Audiofy chip format, which just requires a card reader to integrate with a USB port on your PC or Mac. Wondering if anyone has any experience with this and how it's worked out for them?

I just picked up the 10CD Pimsleur first set. I have ripped all 10CD's into MP3 format so it fits on 1 CD. I am having good success with Pimsleur for now....

Hey GR its funny you just posted this. I was going to ask if anyone new where to download mp3s of Spanish lessons. I just got an mp3 player and want to load the lessons on it.

I have also seen the audio chips.

But it all too expensive for my budget. Anyone know of cheaper alternatives?

I see now, they take SD Ram chips and load the audio + onto them. It also looks like they remove the read/write tab as well but I could not see the right angle.

It is cheaper to obtain the Cd's, then get your won SD chip and load the chip when you need to. Or once you have the CD's, do like I do, rip them to MP3, then you can load them onto SD chips, MP3 players, CD's to play in MP3 CD players in cars. etc.....
