Take a nap after getting into town is great advice.

I never did this for my first 60+ trips, but I have been doing it the last few trips and what a difference. Before, since I usually get up between 2-4am for the flight, I would be done by 10pm. But now, I can go till I want to be done.

And it gives you more energy for later in the week. You don't get so run down from lack of sleep, lack of food, etc.
