Hotel Abajo del Puente, Amon is still open and has a recent vacancy. Gourmet lunch and dinner featuring its world famous "Sopa de Paloma". They have even have brought in a local caterer for breakfast.

Hotel Abajo del Puente, budget friendly, never a chica fee, and sometimes running water.

Careful eating at Boynton's restaurant. Last week a customer choked to death there. Seems it is hard to swallow with your throat cut. (Below the bridge is a vacant lot across from our apartments where street people go to shoot up. There was a murder there the other day. Suspect was one of the street people that I have given food to. He was arrested yesterday.)

I can't believe I actually started searching for this hotel.....then I thought "Bajo de la Puente"...yeah....never a chinca fee.....sometimes running water....sopa paloma.....uh huh, ok, got me. Good one. Hilarious.
