A proposed change in the law, if passed ( and it never will ) seeks to imprison ticos for fooling their gals by slipping off the rubber , or breaking it on purpose.

I couldn't stop laughing !!! What is this lawmaker Paola thinking ?

Actually, word on the street is, the ugly women are upset about not getting stared at and ogled over, so a bill is going to be introduced that if you do not stare at the ugly women you will be fined, after multiple offenses you will be put in jail.
