There are two OTC painkillers in CR that are stronger than those available in the US. Both are combinations of an NSAID and codine. Arcedol is 500mg of acetaminophen and 30mg of codine. Oxa forte is 50mg of Diclofenac and 50mg of codine. There is no such thing as OXY forte, there is Oxy tetra forte, but that is a powdered antibiotic for veterinary use, available only in Canada. There is no OTC oxycodone or hydrocodone available in CR. Years ago there were low dose morphine tablets available at Fischel pharmacies. These were used for post dental pain and were stabilized so they would turn to an usable gel if someone tried to dissolve them for intravenous use.
If the OP is taking an OTC painkiller in CR, the strongest it could be is OXA forte. By comparison, in the US you do need a prescription for Tylenol 3 which contains 300mg of acetaminophen and 30mg of codine. This would make OXA forte closer to Tylenol 3.5 than to fentanyl. In the US, you need a prescription for a wide range of medicines that are readily available in pharmacies in the CR, including Viagra, Insulin, Levothyroxine, Coreg, and Testosterone.

haha, when I in a moment of sheer madness befriended this lonesome loser, I told him I take codeine here for pain. I had a prescription in the USA for tylenol 3 and the oxi 50 mg here over the counter, is similar. I take none on a good day, 1/2 on a mild pain day, 1 to 2 on a bad day.
I actually take less than my script in the USA, says up to 3 a day. The little codeine pills in CR are nothing compared to oxi's, percocets, etc., in the USA so he's either too stupid to know this or he knows it and wants to expand it to a lie like all crazed libs do.
