Bad enough that my recovery time between Leches con Chicas is getting longer, but my digestive system has slowed down too! Started drinking 2 liters of agua per day and taking probiotics, and very little red meat but still not back to normal. Anyone got a Fiber program, natural or other that works???! Nothing worse than Mongering when the plumbing is backed up! Getting older sucks!

I would try a cleansing fast to start.

Then, work in more fruits and veggies into your diet.
- 2 or 3 fruits in your morning cereal.
- chop up a cup of raw veggies into your soups, stews, chili (even if those are canned soups, etc. )
- salads (have a variety of salad dressings and ingredients so you don't get bored)

Replace sugary drinks with a glass of water and an orange.

Fiber One bars. 2-3 per day. Probiotics twice per day. 1 liter of agua twice a day. No red meat. This current plan has the Angels signing everyday! Gracias a Dios!
