On the recommendation of members of this board I had lunch today at Aqui Es.
I can tell you this. The ambiance, the service and the quality of the food was outstanding.
I have not had a steak (churrasco) that good in Costa Rica in a long time. The wine list is excellent
A bit pricey but well worth it. Give it a try, you won't be sorry.

I originally recommended the place here. Went last night and had the lomo. If you liked that one, try Tierra Gaucha a few blocks away.
