Just had the best Cheeseburger I ever had in Costa Rica at the Outback in Escazu. I know, very expensive but I had a Jones for a good burger and I was only minutes away.

I a small green salad and the Cheeseburger and my Favorita had the Fajitas. Total bill with propina was about $60. Also just ate at TacoTenta tonite and it was about $50 but lots of delicious Mexican food!

 I paid just about the same (with propina) for a 3-person lunch at an Outback in Orlando, FL last week. That included my cheeseburger, a beef filet, shrimp on the barbie and a bloomin' onion and drinks. Definitely no third world pricing in Costa Rica... LOL.

Tuanis:

TacoTenta is located in the same shopping center as Outback, The Itszacu Plaza in Escazu. Lots of restaurants to choose from there.

I can tell you where just last month I had the worst cheeseburger in the history of bad cheeseburgers. If you find yourself out at the new city mall in Alajuela, you can skip Sangria's. Cool place awesome atmosphere but the burger was dry and the bun was even dryer, absolute worst meal I had on my trip. On a positive note the Cinemark Theatre there is awesome and reasonable
