A friend referred me to an establishment with excellent coffee. I would like to try this Restaurant / Cafe.

He mentioned leaving SL, turning left, walking 3 blocks & looking right. A Google & TripAdvisor search lead to nothing. Facebook shows a place that seems to match the picture he sent me.

I want to try it out in a few weeks. Facebook map shows it on Calle 10 near Avenida 2 which is quite a ways off from the general vicinity I was told. If you have more accurate location or thoughts on the establishment, please let me know. If I go there I'll add a review in this thread.

Thanks

If you want good coffee and good snacks like empanadas and pastries go to cafe Miel. Go out the SL and go right 50m and right again 25 m

I've walked past it before but never tried it. It's a tiny place with an awning, right? It definitely on my walking route between my hotel & the MPs. Thanks.

Yes it is max. But they were closed for a couple of days and I think they are expanding. They get a lot of local professionals from the foreign ministry and students as well. Nice to be around civilians every now and again.
