Can someone help me with the name of a great restaurant that serves ribs. It's located near the zoo 10-15 minutes from the DR and Sleep Inn. Dined there on my trip in February but can't remember the name. Thanks.

Be forewarned however. The best part of the restaurant is the pictures of the menu available on the internet. Based on the pictures (and my addiction to bbq), I headed over there on a recent trip.

1) Most taxi drivers can't find it, so expect to drive in circles while the meter clicks away

2) Even though I've come to expect to pay +25% for a decent meal, the cost was off the charts. mm   ......... everything is a la cart, so the all in cost will be at least 2x what you'd pay in any comparable meal anywhere else. I cut my losses and bailed.

3) Since it's in a remote location (see #1 above), you'll have to wait for a taxi or walk back to the main streets.

I don't want to rain on anyone's parade......... but I'd never go back.........sorry to say :(

At the risk of passing on hearsay, there were reports of people getting sick on the coleslaw there. Some people have loved the place, some have hated it. If you go, please report your experience.

Yeah, Hamburger Factory sell ribs but I wouldn't bother. They are grilled along side the hamburgers so they are not ssssllllllloooooowwww cooked like good ribs should be. They were tough and chewy and mostly all bone with very little meat.

On the other hand, the burgers aren't too bad and the chicken is very good!
