So there has been the occasional list and whatnot of good pensions and massage parlors, but they are so outdated! Where in San Jose can I go to find some prime young Chicas for the best sex massage or just straight up service? I hear Pension kamasutra isn't bad, any suggestions? In Costa Rican there is no law that prevents transactions involving sexual services between the parties directly involved. However, there are laws that make it illegal for a third party to be involved and profit in the transaction. This means it is illegal to act as a pimp or to run a brothel. So, in massage parlors or pensions (the terms are largely interchangeable) management allows for chicas to be available but technically is only renting you a room. Hence the use of the term for a low cost hotel. The transaction of what happens in the room is in theory only between you and the chica. |
