What's up guys, just dropping in to say hey and see what's changed in SJ these days. I visited the city about 3 years ago and had a blast, now me and some friends are planning another trip soon. The last time I was there we stayed at El Prez not knowing the rules but got a room for a night at Zona 2 and had a blast. Now that I know more about where to stay I was thinking about Taormina hotel because the rooms look decent and they have a nice bar plus the casino in house. If anyone has any helpful hints on better places to stay (maybe with a few meals included, I think Taormina includes breakfast) feel free to share. Also if I need to post this in a different section just let me know.

Check out the new guest friendly Castillo Hotel with the all inclusive food and drinks option and free taxi to the air port after 3 or 4 day stay.

Currently you book through the Hotel La Amistad website.

thanks for the info and what times of the year should you NOT hit San Jose, I know sometimes the chicas aren't working because of holidays in that area etc. Just trying to figure out a long weekend there but don't want to put in dates that will suck for having a good time and be dead around the town.

New Years is quiet. It is time spent with family.

I always like 2 week before super bowl. The weather is great, you have football to watch, all the chicas are hungry!

Was at the DR for nye 2 years ago and action was slow but available. They had balloons dropped at midnight but there was almost zero countdown. Once they did drop the balloons, everyone commenced to pop them for 10 minutes. Then it was back to business

The Taormina is a nice place to stay.
The bar does get some ladies coming in at night to choose from.

yes Taormina is def one of my choices because I have been in there and you are right the bar had some lookers. I liked the atmosphere in there and the casino was still being worked on so I'm sure it's better now with that open
