Dr. Lee is a good option for tourists. English speaking and since he is a doctor (of pharmacology) he can give you items that chain farmacias may not be able to if a doctor doesn't happen to be working (more common on nights and weekends).
ED drugs readily available, some antibiotics (Z-Pack & Bactrim - yes, Cipro - probably not), Benzo's are a little more tightly controlled, but you might try Thiocolchicoside (Muscoril) as an alternative. Thiocolchicoside is not widely available in the US, I find it more effective than other pain killers. You might want to bring wifey some Retinol cream, it is available here in higher concentrations than in the US.
Adderall & Ritalin are harder to get, but fairly common among medical students. Also interesting is that Clonazepam is available here as drops making it much easier to customize your dosage.
