I just saw this old episode of South Park where the boys go to Costa Rica. I understand most of the Spanish, but I can't make out the middle of the sentence when he says, "A cuantos Polaks...a comer un burrito." A little help? Here's the clip. http://www.southparkstudios.com/clips/151173 |

"A cuantos Polacos les toma comerse un burrito?" The interesting thing about this clip is the actor speaking the line speaks Spanish perfectly, but it's obvious he's reading from a script written by someone who translated "How many Poles does it take to eat a burrito?" literally, almost word for word. mh |

Polaks lol. My dad always use to joke about them. They are some of the nicest people I have ever met; sincere, honest friendly. But wait do they have a Polish mafia also?? |

Funny thing: In Europe they don't tell Polish jokes and Poles are well-respected people, not least because they've withstood the adversity of every 100 years or so some wouldbe world-dominating country or another overruns the plains of Poland on their way to squashing another country. No, in Europe. they tell Rumanian jokes (those pdf's have an equally dismal history) |
